This is one of the best ideas I have read in a long time and it really addresses the important issues for true reform in our government. I believe he was also responsible in part for creative commons. Larry Lessig just might be my new hero.

Trent Reznor has been a fan of the BitTorrent for quite some time and made a big splash today by actually uploading his music himself to the major BitTorrent sites. He also put it under Creative Commons which is really cool. I use this as a chance to do a little promotion for the Creative Commons. Every musician should at least understand the options out there for their music when it comes to copyright. People love forward thinking artists!
